HPB 37220 3-Axis CNC Press Brake, 12’ x 242 tons. The HPB Hydraulic Press Brake is perfect for complex, sensitive, single or multiple bends at high speed. This machine is among the highest-rated CNC press brakes, helping increase productivity and lower costs by utilizing a user-friendly Cybelec computer numerical controller and HOERBIEGER hydraulics. Combining speed and power results in high-quality, repeatable bending through synchronized cylinders and valves. Featuring automatic use of all axes on startup, these machines are designed using SOLID WORKS 3D programming and built with enhanced ST44-1 quality steel using the latest technology. The rigid upper beam runs on 8-point bearings with bending precision of 0.01 mm (0.0004”). CNC-controlled servo drives and high-precision ball screws provide precise results for long, deep bends. The long-lasting, rigid body is also suitable for heavy-duty applications and is easy to maintain. The included 2-axis ultra-strong backgauge system (X=800 mm (31”) and R), with ± 0.01 mm (0.0004”) repeatability, moves along rails and a ball screw, with the bending length CNC-controlled and foldable backgauge fingers for reverse-bending applications. The chrome-coated cylinders are machined with 0.001 mm (0.00004”) precision, and the pistons are specially hardened. Quick-release clamping system, Promecam-type top clamps, can be easily loaded and unloaded. Lower clamps are also user-friendly and machined with high precision. Front support arms slide along the machine length and are easy to adjust. Two photocells are on the sides for rear guarding. Optical linear scales are sensitive up to ± 0.01 mm (0.0004”).
